On-site usage
- Show your smartphone ticket to your guide at the Murray Hill Welcome Centre, located at 5146 Murray Street, right next to Queen Victoria Place
- Your guide will be wearing “Walk Niagara Tours” gear with a blue cap and blue jacket or polo with logos
- Please arrive 15 minutes early
- The supplier will mail the Niagara Falls Fun Pack 24 hours before your trip
- Paid parking is available at the meeting point for the morning tours (8:30 and 9:30 start times). Parking is limited for the later start times
- If the meeting point is not within walking distance, please consider public transit, taxi, or ride share for transportation
