New York: 9/11 Memorial Guided Tour + One World Observatory Entry

Under-17s must be accompanied by an adult.

• Show your smartphone ticket at the meeting point
• The tour meets at the Westfield Directory on the Main Level of the Oculus (Level C2), near the entrance to the PATH Train. You can enter the Oculus from any direction and walk to the center of the complex, and then go down to Level C2
• Our tour guides will be wearing orange hats

• The tour happens in rain or snow. The tour has large portion that is outdoors, so please dress appropriately and be prepared for the weather

Observatory Deck:

• Security screenings are in place
• Animals aren’t allowed except service or certified assistance animals
• Only foldable strollers are allowed on the elevator
• Professional photographic equipment is not allowed without approval
• No food or beverages
